St George City has continued its impressive recruitment for the 2020 NPL 2 Mens season by signing Jordan “Jordy” Gomez.
Gomez, a former Sydney FC National Youth League player, comes to City from Mt Druit Rangers FC in the NPL 1 and will bolster the Clubs midfield significantly for the upcoming season.
The talented midfielder, who grew up in Western Sydney, has also had stints in Spain and Portugal.
Head Coach Mirko Jurilj was dewlighted to have Jordy sign with the Club.
“Jordy is a key signing in our Club and team and know he will make a big difference for us.”
“He is a young dynamic footballer and he will fit perfectly into the style of play that we want to promote.” Jurilj said.
Gomez is looking forward to a fresh start at his new Club.
“I am excited to be joing St George City, a region with such great football history.” Gomez said.
