The Football NSW Youth League is designed to provide young players with high-level competitive experience and opportunities to develop their skills. The competition includes age groups U13 to U18, and each team will play 30 rounds in a home and away format. This structure ensures that players are exposed to a variety of playing styles and conditions, which helps to further their growth as a player.

After the completion of the regular season, a championship series will be held for each age group. This is a highly competitive, knockout competition that determines the best team in each group. The championship series is an exciting opportunity for players to showcase their skills and for clubs to compete for the title of champion.

St George City also offers a range of other programs and services to support player development. This includes specialist coaching sessions for goalkeepers, strength and conditioning programs, and access to top-class facilities and equipment.

Pathways for our Youth Players

The league provides a pathway for players who have the potential to progress to higher levels of the sport. Through the league, players have the opportunity to showcase their talents and to be identified for selection in representative teams, academies, or other higher-level programs.
